AlphaBay is inferior in terms of the convenience of resetting the password to almost all existing darknet markets, this is one of the disadvantages of this market, having a recovery phrase with you, you will not be allowed to reset the password yourself, this is functionally impossible, but by contacting the AlphaBay support center there are chances to reset the password and restore lost access to an account:
Step 1: Make sure that you have saved the recovery phrase from the account to which you want to regain access.
Step 2: Hover over the profile icon > click on the text “Support” (at the bottom of the window).
Step 3: Hover the cursor over the button “Create a New Ticket” and click on it.
Step 4: Create a ticket, write the text according to the requirements written on top of the screenshot.
